SUMMARY:School Tour
DESCRIPTION:We offer school tours about twice-a-month\, or by appointment if there is an opening in the respective program. This is a chance for prospective families to visit our school.  Please register for a School Tour using this link. \nDue to COVID-19 precautions\, we are not offering school tours during school hours. We also limit the groups to less than 5 people and ask that all attendees wear masks and practice social distancing. The majority of the school tour will be done outdoors\, with a chance to walk through some classrooms. \nDIRECTIONS/PARKING \nWe are located near Honolulu Hale and Kawaiahaʻo Church on 872 Mission Lane\, just past the Mission Houses in downtown Honolulu. \nParking can be limited. Please arrive early to allow time to find time for parking: \n1. There are 4 designated drop off/pick up stalls on the left side of our staff parking lot (entrance to the staff lot is on the right\, just after our school).  You may use these stalls\, or any open stalls\, that are not reserved. \n2. There is also metered parking along Kawaiahaʻo Street\, Mission Lane\, South Street\, and Punchbowl Street. \nOnce you park and head towards 872 Mission Lane\,  the entrance of our school is facing Ewa (towards the Kawaiahaʻo Church clock tower). \nYou will see a fire lane near the playground structures\, so please walk down that lane and turn the corner\, where you will see a courtyard and flagpole. Please wait near the flagpole at the entrance of our school\, or check in at (right next to the flagpole) \, where we will do a short welcome and orientation. \nPlease notify us as soon as possible\, if you are not able to make it to the tour\, or would like to reschedule\, so we can offer the space to another interested family. Mahalo and we look forward to meeting with you!

SUMMARY:First Day of School
DESCRIPTION:We moved the start of our 2020-21 School Year two weeks earlier to August 10\, 2020.  This will provide an additional 2 weeks of educational time in the event that the school needs to close mid-month\, or if your child may need to stay home due to unforeseen circumstances like an illness\, or a household member needs to remain under quarantine.  Although starting 2 weeks earlier will not impact the annual tuition\, we are adding on these 2 weeks of additional learning time to encourage all families to be very diligent and keep your keiki at home if they are experiencing any flu-like symptoms or illnesses.
